브랜드의 럭셔리 기프팅 영역의 선망성을 높이고 시즈널 기프팅 테마로 글로벌 활용도가 높은 콘텐츠 개발이 필요했습니다. 하지만 제품의
Newness가 있는 상황은 아니었기에, 콘텐츠에서의 환기가 필요했습니다. 많은 시간과 비용이 드는 기존 방식으로는 원하는 일정 안에 다양한 시도가 불가능했기 때문에 생성형 AI 툴을 활용하여 새로운 접근과 아이디어를 접목해보고자 했습니다. 그 결과, 비주얼 생성 AI 프로그램에서 홀리데이
시즌을 보여주는 판타지적 무드의 비주얼을 만들 수 있었고 이를 동영상 생성 AI 프로그램에서 2차 활용하여 짧은 숏폼 형태의 영상 콘텐츠로
제작하였습니다. 실제 브랜드 온드미디어를 통해 홀리데이 시즌에 AI툴로 제작한 콘텐츠를 발신하였고 기존 방식으로 제작한 콘텐츠에 상응하는
반응을 이끌어낼 수 있었습니다.
STEP 1. AI와 친해지기
설화수 브랜드만의 무드를 AI가 구현해낼 수 있을지에 대한 확인이 필요했습니다. 한국적인 요소들의 톤앤매너와 질감 등의 구현 정도를 확인하고 맞는 방향성을 찾아야 했습니다.
한옥과 같은 분위기의 한국적 무드는 어느 정도 구현 가능. 단, 타 동양 국가의 느낌과는 경계가 모호

현재 설화수의 온드미디어는 월 5회 AI 콘텐츠 업로드를 목표로 하고 있으며, 이 외에도 다양한 콘텐츠 제작 관점에서 AI를 활용하여 비용과 작업 시간 절감은 물론, 새로운 아이디어의 구현을
꾸준히 시도하고 있습니다.
