Summary
The January and February 2016 issues of Aritaum magazine introduced several changes, starting with the cover. Unlike previous editions that altered the cover frame by widely cropping and positioning the model, the new approach focused on intensifying the expression of beauty by zooming in and emphasizing the model’s face, without changing the frame itself. Another notable update is the inclusion of Aritaum’s own Lookbook illustration. Featuring a face chart drawn by the makeup artist responsible for the magazine’s looks, it was designed to convey current makeup trends while establishing a unique identity for Aritaum magazine. The Lookbook used for the face chart is available at the Aritaum Gangnam flagship store and will be continuously updated with new magazine content.
