Amorepacific Hair & Body is an experience-focused space where customers can try and purchase the hair and body products they use every day. With this project, we aimed to create a space within the everyday setting of a supermarket that delivers unexpected delight—and, more importantly, a reason for customers to return.
Concept
Experience everyday life. The basic human needs of hygiene and cleanliness have long been met through household goods. However, as society and culture have evolved, and as people’s desires have become more diverse and sophisticated, a new perspective on daily necessities has become essential. We do not believe the household goods market has lost its value or become less relevant.
Even now, someone is planning their day while washing their face. Someone else is excitedly getting ready for a date. A parent is preparing for bath time with their child on the weekend. Creating beauty and awakening beauty are our mission—and the essence of every desire for beauty. We do not view our products as mere tools for fulfilling basic needs. They are designed to enrich the beauty of one’s time and space. By offering products that bring joy to small, everyday moments, we aim to deliver experiences that elevate the value of daily life, encouraging customers to use them freely and purchase with confidence.
The tone and mood of the space were designed to stand out with simplicity and impact, using natural materials as the central theme. Wooden furniture, terrazzo flooring made from crushed bottles, and indoor plants placed in corners evoke curiosity from the outside and create a calm, inviting atmosphere inside.
As the first offline store for Daily Beauty, the environment was designed to allow customers to directly and freely interact with the products. At the heart of the space is a large sink table, symbolizing the brand and serving as a centerpiece for active engagement. Daily Beauty’s main product lines are prominently displayed around the sink and on nearby pillars, allowing easy access and testing. A variety of beauty tools are also provided, enabling customers to immediately experience each product’s texture and characteristics—adding layers of hands-on interaction.

Scent Atelier is a space where you can experience the professional fragrance assets of the Happy Bath brand. Composed of professional perfumers’ tables, it offers a special scent experience with over 40 varieties, classified into detailed subcategories based on 9 notes. You can receive product recommendations tailored to your preferences through a self-assessment.
The Refill Station is a beauty shop where customers can purchase Daily Beauty premium hair and body products in small quantities as desired. PCR PET made from recycled plastic is used for the refill containers, and a space for sterilizing empty containers is clearly visible at the front bottom to promote the value of hygienic and sustainable consumption.
The sample market provides customers visiting the store with the joy of shopping
and offers regular visitors the opportunity to discover a variety of products.
