기존 비주얼 생성형 AI툴 비주얼 생성 위주로 스터디를 하였다면 이번 스터디에서는 사운드 툴을 사용하여 여러 가지 스타일의 음원을 제작해 보고 싶었다.
내가 생각하는 어디까지의 음원이 구현이 될지 AI를 어디까지 다룰 수 있을지 경험해 보고 싶었다.
Background
새로운 AI툴을 학습하기 위한 주제가 필요하였고 24년 하반기 팝업 프로젝트를 진행하였던 프로젝트 팀원들에 대한 묘사를 진행해 보고 싶었다. 이전
Ai원정대에서 브랜드 위주, 제품 위주의 비주얼 생성 스터디를 진행하였어서 이번에는 인물 위주의 작업을 진행 해 보고 싶었고, 미드저니를 통해
팀원들의 캐릭터, 아트웍 제작을 컨셉과 테마로 진행하였다. 개성이 뚜렷한 팀원들이 다양한 스타일의 비주얼과 음원을 제작하기에 적합한
주제라고 판단되었다.
Process 1. Chat GPT
이번 프로젝트로 총 5곡의 음악을 생성하였는데 Chat gpt가 가사를 작성하고 곡을 해석하고 suno ai를 통해 음원을 생성하였다.

원한다면 예를 들어 “현대 디스코 팝 스타일의 음악에서 떠오르는 단어 10가지 추천해줘” “현대 디스코 팝 장르에 대해 설명해줘” 등
gpt에게 곡해석을 부탁하고 이를 통해 suno ai의 프롬프트를 작성하였다.
Process 2. SUNO AI
Chat gpt를 통해 작성한 가사를 입력하고 원하는 곡 스타일에대한 프롬프트를 입력한다. 곡의 스타일을 디테일하게 입력할수록 원하는 음원에 가까운 결과물을 얻을 수 있었다.

Process 3. 커버 비주얼 생성 (Midjourney, firefly)
프로젝트 팀원들에 대한 노래 생성과 동시에 커버로 사용한 비주얼 작업을 진행하였다. 팀원들의 생김새와 팝업 프로젝트에서 사용되었던
요소들(ex 노란 공, 레일, 도면 등) 을 가지고 와서 다양한 스타일의 캐릭터 위주의 아트워크를 만들고자 하였다.
* 특정인 노출을 피하고자 최대한 간략히 작성하고자 하였습니다.
그녀 (GENIUS)
리그 오브 레전드의 팬인 특정 팀원의 캐릭터화를 위해 미드저니의 스타일 레퍼런스로 롤 이미지를 여러장 가져왔다. 레퍼런스 이미지는 주로 스타일
레퍼런스로 사용하거나 describe 를 사용하여 프롬프트를 작성하였다. 원하는 캐릭터의 이미지가 나올 때까지 프롬프트를 사용하여 작업하고 배경
작업을 위해 팝업 이미지들을 학습 시켰다. 롤 일러스트 무드의 믹솔로지 세계관 속 믹솔로지의 의미를 찾아 떠나는 여정 속 주인공을 히어로
이미지로 표현하고 싶었다.

다음 프로젝트 팀원은 인테리어 파트의 반짝이고 맑은 눈을 가진 귀여운 외모이지만 성격이 칼같고 감정이 없는 로봇같이 도면을 치는 업무

세번째 컨셉의 팀원도 평소 스타일에 맞춰 chat GPT를 활용하여 곡의 제목, 가사를 작업하였다. 이번에는 2D 스타일의 캐릭터 작업을 시도해 보았다.
캐릭터 생성 후 이 캐릭터를 스타일 레퍼런스로 활용하여 동일한 일러스트 스타일의 노란 공이 떨어지는 배경을 생성하여 일러스트에서 작업하여 완성하였다.

마지막 작업으로는 평소 식물을 좋아하고 강아지 실내화가 인상적인 팀원의 밝은 이미지와 유쾌한 성격을 노래의 제목과 가사, 멜로디, 비주얼로 작업해보고자 하였다.
여러 가지 캐릭터 레퍼런스로 사용하고 분위기와 어울리는 스타일을 선택하여 평소 팀원의 옷 스타일을 학습 시키고 헤어스타일 등을 프롬프트로 작성하였다.
강아지 실내화 사진을 20장 정도 학습 시켰지만 귀를 만들어내지 못해 아쉬운 작업 이었다.

Review
이번 AI 원정대를 계기로 생성형 AI 프로그램도 툴에 대한 학습이 큰 부분을 차지함을 느꼈다. 이러한 스터디를 위해 업무와는 별개로 흥미있는 원하는 주제를
선정하여 작업할 수 있는 재미있는 기회였다. 때문에 다양한 스타일의 작업을 할 수 있어서 좋았다. 오랜 시간 작업해야 하는 일러스트 원화를 비교적 빠르고
편리하게 생성하고 음원 역시 전문가의 도움 없이 비교적 쉽게 생성할 수 있는 점이 이후 업무 적용 시 많은 도움이 될 것 같다. 앞으로 원하는 스타일과
일치하는 비주얼을 만들 수 있도록, 음원 역시 디테일 한 수정이 가능하도록 더 스터디 예정이다.
