Instead of working with a brand already rich in visual content, we chose Median, a heritage brand founded in 1983 that lacks fresh visuals.
Our goal was to use AI to create new, never-before-seen visual content that brings a sense of renewal and relevance to the brand.
Rather than generating images without clear purpose, we decided to launch and manage an Instagram account dedicated to posting new AI-generated visuals daily — a perfect fit for AI’s speed and flexibility in creating fresh, diverse content.

Since the account was designed as a sub-account, not an official Median channel, we chose not to display the brand name directly. With GPT’s help, we developed a character-based world — introducing Dr. Medie, the friendly guardian of oral health, who communicates the brand’s values with humor and warmth.
