NBRI(New beauty Research Initiative) Identity design
NBRI (New Beauty Research Initiative) has launched a joint research program with the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in the United States.
The program encompasses a wide range of collaborative efforts, including the discovery of new substances effective for the skin, as well as basic research and clinical trials.
We were commissioned to undertake a meaningful symbol design project for this joint research program, which includes clinical trials utilizing Amorepacific’s proprietary technology.
The symbol design was developed based on the
company’s proprietary font, APHQ,
to embody the
collaboration with Johns Hopkins, the distinct
technological expertise,
and the significance of
research into new beauty.

We also designed applications for official business use,
such as business cards and conference posters.

The NBRI research institute’s signboard

Considering the small production volume,
the packaging was
finished in a corner-stapled
format and designed so
that the staples can be
easily removed for convenient recycling.
