사용자의 사용성을 배려한 부분 외 나머지 장식적인 접근은 배제, 최소의 디자인으로 최고의 이미지를 부여하였습니다. 금속의 피부 접촉부는 피부 접촉 시에만 작동하는 기기의 특성을 반영, 손쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 넓은 면적을 활용하고, 그 사이에 LED 라이팅을 배치하여 LIGHTING을 사용하는 기기 특이성으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 ‘눈부심’이라는 불편함을 방지하였습니다. 차가운 메탈릭과 소프트한 화이트가 만나, 이성적이면서도 감성적인 메이크온의 진보된 뷰티케어의 NEW 아이콘을 창출합니다.
A minimally designed device needed for users’ easy application, minus decorative elements, has enhanced the already great image of the product. Reflecting the characteristics of the machine whose metal part operates only upon fingers’ touch, the machine utilizes the wider part for easy application. By adding an LED lamp in between, it prevents the inconvenience of glare in ordinary machines. The machine Make-On combines cold metallic and soft white, creating a new image: a newly advanced beauty care that can satisfy both rational and emotional aspects.
장식보다는 ‘기능성과 진실성’을 전달하는 메이크온의 브랜드 철학을 디자인에 담았습니다. 메이크온 브랜드 BI를 반영한, 직선과 곡선의 도형 모티브와 브랜드의 진정성과 신뢰성을 상징하는 소프트 화이트 컬러로 기기 디자인을 하였습니다. 넓은 피부 접촉면으로, 전달되는 전류량을 증가시켜 한번에 더 많은 피부 세포를 활성화할 수 있도록 기능적 BENEFIT이 강화하였습니다. 또한, 빛 번짐을 막아 보안경 없이 PDT를 자가시술(셀프 케어) 할 수 있는 기능적 구조로 만들어졌으며, 슬림한 기기의 SHAPE은 사용자의 그립감을 개선하고, TAPER처리된 접착면은 사용성을 증대시키고자 하였습니다.
Make-On holds the brand philosophy delivering functionality and sincerity, more so than decoration. Reflecting the brand’s BI, the machine is designed with geometric motifs of straight and curved lines and the color “soft white”, symbolizing truth and trust. By increasing the electric current through a wider section that touches the skin, the machine is upgraded with a functional benefit, which activates a greater number of skin cells. The machine, designed for Personal Device Technology (PDT), or self-care, can be maneuvered easily without the need for protective goggles that protect against glare. Its slim shape allows for an improved grip and the tapered surface that contacts skin maximizes usage.
