두 번째 프로그램으로 ‘복의 의미가 담긴 한국 전통 포장법’을 기획하여 진행하였습니다.
‘지함보’는 지혜를 담은 함과 보자기라는 뜻으로
설화수만의 고유한 포장 서비스의 아름다움과 품격을 전하고자 하였습니다.

As the second program, we planned and proceeded with the ‘Korean Traditional Packaging Method with the Meaning of Blessings’.
‘Jihambo’ means a box of wisdom and a cloth
We wanted to convey the beauty and dignity of Sulwhasoo’s unique packaging service.

호호당의 양정은 아티스트가 풀어낸 ‘소중한 문화 유산, 보자기’를 주제로 대담을 진행하고,
외형적인 아름다움 뿐만 아니라 마음과 정성까지 함께 전달할 수 있는 포장의 의미를 알아가고,
복과 긍정적인 에너지를 담아낸 한국 전통의 포장 방식을 경험하고 갈 수 있도록 진행하였습니다.

한국 전통 포장재인 보자기의 아름다움과 가치를 현대적으로 재조명하고자 이번 대담을 준비하였습니다.
호호당 대표님과 함께한 대담을 통해 보자기의 역사적 의미와 일상 속 포장 문화에 대해 깊이 있는 이야기를 나누었으며,
설화수 지함보에 담긴 철학과 미학을 통해 브랜드가 지향하는 가치와 정신을 전하고자 하였습니다.
We have prepared this meeting to shed new light on the beauty and value of cloth, a traditional Korean packaging material.
Through a meeting with the representative of Hohodang, we talked in-depth about the historical meaning of cloth and the packaging culture in everyday life,
Through the philosophy and aesthetics contained in Sulwhasoo Jihambo, we tried to convey the values and spirit that the brand aims for.
대담을 진행하는 동안, 전통이 지닌 ‘복’의 의미를 함께 느끼실 수 있도록 한국적 정취가 담긴 다과를 정성스럽게 준비하였습니다.
보자기처럼 마음을 담은 다과를 통해 대담의 여운과 함께 따뜻한 전통의 가치를 전달하고자 하였습니다.
During the meeting, we carefully prepared refreshments with Korean atmosphere so that you can feel the meaning of “blessing” of tradition together.
Through refreshments that contain the heart like a cloth, I tried to convey the value of warm tradition with the lingering feeling of dialogue.
설화수의 대표 포장법인 지함보 포장과 함께, 이를 활용한 가방과 물병 파우치 등 다양한 실용 아이템으로 확장된 경험 요소를 마련했습니다.
전통미와 실용성을 겸비한 지함보로 특별한 브랜드 경험을 할 수 있도록 준비하였습니다.
Along with Sulwhasoo’s flagship packaging company Jihambo Packaging, we have prepared an extended experience element with various practical items such as bags and water bottle pouches
지함보를 배우고 직접 체험해보는 시간을 마련하였습니다.
처음에는 다소 어려워하시던 참여자들도 곧 익숙해지며 능숙하게 완성해내셨고, “다음에 선물 포장할 때 꼭 다시 활용해보고
싶다”는 따뜻한 후기를 남기며 의미 있는 시간과 특별한 경험을 함께하였습니다.
We have prepared a time to learn and experience Jihambo.
Participants who were somewhat difficult at first soon got used to it and completed it skillfully,
and they shared meaningful time and special experiences by leaving a warm review saying, “I really
want to use it again next time when wrapping a gift.”
지함보를 배우고 직접 체험해보는 시간을 마련하였습니다.
처음에는 다소 어려워하시던 참여자들도 곧 익숙해지며 능숙하게 완성해내셨고, “다음에 선물 포장할 때 꼭 다시 활용해보고
싶다”는 따뜻한 후기를 남기며 의미 있는 시간과 특별한 경험을 함께하였습니다.
