The mass-market cosmetic brand Happy Bath, known for caring for both the mind and skin through the “five senses of pure nature,” has launched a premium body care line exclusively for Aritaum. These products contain effective skincare ingredients along with consumers’ five favorite natural scents.
Concept
This Aritaum-exclusive line is designed to convey a premium image, reflect the identity of the Happy Bath brand, and maintain a connection with the existing Aritaum product line. The design was developed by carefully selecting which elements to retain or exclude based on these three key objectives. A simple white-toned container was chosen to express the premium concept, and the design is completed by combining the original shapes of the Aritaum emblem, the Happy Bath emblem, and accompanying illustrations.
The container design, which expresses the premium image, is inspired by the motif of a perfume bottle, while the semi-transparent matte white color evokes a sense of pure and gentle fragrance. Intuitive illustrations of the raw ingredients are placed on the front of the container, and a stamp indicating the harvest month of each ingredient is printed to certify that it was collected during the period when its scent is at its peak. The premium body care image is achieved through the thoughtful placement of simple illustrations and concise descriptions.
