As an appealing mid-range product of Happy Bath, it possesses functional properties that dissolve dead skin cells for smoother skin texture.
Emphasizing the consumer’s experience of enhanced skin softness, the design leverages curved graphics for a subtle representation.
Incorporating scent technology to alleviate concerns about the sulfur smell, the Sulfur Salt Bodle Body Wash promises a novel golden experience to its users.
Design Concept
The deep yellow container evokes the product’s core ingredient, sulfur, while simultaneously conveying a premium and refined image.
Since the container’s color tone greatly influences the product’s perceived weight and visual impression, we explored a yellow-to-brown color range that naturally recalls the ingredient itself, while enhancing the appeal and sophistication of a mid-to-high-end product.
The label design features wave-like imagery, symbolizing the flow of hot spring water, the product’s conceptual ingredient, and expressing how each fragrance—floral and woody—gently diffuses within it.
We used colors that intuitively evoke each scent and placed the fragrance names prominently to shift away from the common negative perception associated with sulfur’s scent, presenting instead a clean and sensorial experience.
To reflect the product’s premium positioning within the brand lineup, a refined label technique was chosen.
Using Delong paper and gold foil accents, the design delivers a luxurious tactile experience that enhances the user’s emotional connection to the product.
Additionally, the design was optimized for high visibility, ensuring it stands out even in dimly lit retail environments through its balanced color, texture, and luminance contrast.
