The Amore Heart symbolizes our company’s spirit. While the Amore Heart badge, based on this motif, is often worn by executives,
many employees hesitate to wear it—especially with clothes that don’t have buttonholes, as it can leave holes in the fabric.
This item was designed with the hope that it could be worn more casually and frequently, matching well with a variety of personal
accessories and everyday outfits.
Bracelet
The bracelet in the jewelry series retains our company’s nickname and abbreviation, “Amore.” A lightweight,
adjustable cord was used so anyone can wear it comfortably. To maintain a simple, casual look, we minimized
the design elements—limiting them to just the pendant and cord.
Since “Amore” clearly conveys the word love, we thought it would also make a meaningful gift for employees. We incorporated an option
for personalization by allowing the addition of a birthstone. Matching the cord color to the birthstone of the wearer’s birth month adds
both inclusivity and personal meaning. The sample shown in the image features garnet, the January birthstone, paired with a red cord.
Necklaces
The necklace actively features the Amore Heart motif. Necklaces naturally carry a sense of significance due to their placement—worn close
to both the face and the heart. To enhance that symbolism, a small star was engraved at the top right of the pendant, representing the North Star.
The North Star remains constant, serving as a compass when pursuing one’s goals. Just as it steadfastly shows us where we are and where we need to go,
the necklace carries our hope that the company’s vision—“making the world more beautiful”—will shine brightly in the heart of every employee.
The back features our company’s vision, “We Make a More Beautiful World.” To allow for easy layering with other necklaces, we chose a rounded,
warm shape with a natural rhythm rather than a perfectly symmetrical form. The text is centrally aligned to enhance focus and readability.
Colors are available in two finishes—matte silver and glossy gold—to suit different genders and personal preferences.
Rings
This ring series can be worn individually or stacked together. While our company’s wordmark is in all uppercase letters, we felt that
the jewelry should reflect a more casual style that suits today’s corporate culture and employees’ attire, rather than being overly formal.
To emphasize this relaxed vibe, we designed the graphics in a lowercase script style. Each word is placed on a separate finger,
offering a playful reading experience as your eyes move across them. Of course, they’re also easy to layer with other rings.
Having worked on CI-related tasks for a long time, I had experience with various materials—but jewelry was a first. Inspired
by the saying “Out of sight, out of mind,” I started this project with the idea that the ‘Amore Heart’—a symbol encapsulating
our company’s values—should become something cherished and always within view. As someone who’s always had an interest in jewelry,
I truly enjoyed working on this item I had often wished existed.
Some might wonder, “Do we really need to go this far with a company symbol?” But that’s exactly how important the Amore Heart is.
It’s rare for a corporate symbol to have such a long history, and while it encapsulates all the core values our company stands for, it
was disappointing that many employees weren’t fully aware of its meaning.
While refining the samples through actual wear tests, I was frustrated that some ideas couldn’t be fully realized due to the limitations
of prototyping. Although it didn’t reach full production, it was a personally meaningful experience—and given its potential for various adaptations,
I believe it will remain a valuable corporate asset in the long run.
