Summary
The recent “Bukchon Perfumer’s House Exhibit” was a testament to the deep interest many have in scents,
further showcasing Amoreacific’s genuine dedication to the world of fragrances. Based on the insights
gained from the exhibit, two team members with a shared passion for scent embarked on a project aimed
creating an innovative and captivating new fragrance. This endeavor was rooted in the quest to craft a
‘fine scent’ that stands out in the marketplace.
Concept
The perfume development process began with inspiration from four distinctive landscapes within the Raw Material Botanical Garden in Osan.
Each of these scenes captures a unique aspect of nature’s beauty:
1. A bright spring landscape in full bloom
2. A lush moss garden filled with greenery
3. An indoor space where various plants are dried
4. A tranquil winter view of a frozen lake From these four landscapes, we defined the core fragrance concepts and commissioned the perfumers to translate them into scent.
Through numerous rounds of feedback and refinement, the four original concepts evolved into seven distinct fragrances.
Four Scenes from the Osan Raw Material Botanical Garden
No.1 Citrus Floral
Like the dawn breeze that carries the refreshing notes of bergamot and grapefruit, this fragrance begins your morning stroll.
Orange blossom and lily of the valley fill the heart with delicate floral warmth, while the green freshness of galbanum whispers a quiet song of life.
With every gentle step, soft musk brings warmth, and tea leaves leave a tender trail, as the day of spring fades poetically into dusk.
No. 1 Floral captures the vibrant freshness of spring. Designed to be effortlessly wearable and universally appealing, it offers a scent that feels natural and comforting in any season.
No.2 Greenery Floral
The refreshing top notes of green tea and sake awaken a summer morning, while a heart of sage and freesia blossoms with gentle sweetness.
At the base, soft musk and cedarwood wrap the senses in the comforting embrace of a deep forest, as a quiet trace of amber lingers with warmth and serenity.
No. 1 Floral builds upon the floral base of the first fragrance, enhanced with green tea and sake to evoke the fresh, airy scent of early summer blossoms.

At the base, the warmth of patchouli and musk recalls the forest’s quiet embrace, revealing the vivid vitality of moss thriving in the shade.

Warm mulled wine mingles with citrus freshness and a hint of cardamom spice, creating a comforting opening that evokes winter warmth. The heart unfolds with the sweetness of Jeju camellia and raspberry, gently layered with clove leaf. At the base, myrrh, musk, and pumpkin add depth, leaving a trail that is both alluring and sophisticated — a floral scent with quiet intensity.

The heart deepens with the rich tones of guaiac wood, leather, and olibanum, evoking the quiet stillness of a dry autumn day. At the base, powdery pumpkin, musk, and soft woody notes leave a warm, sophisticated trail — a fragrance that embodies the depth and calm of fall.

No. 6 Musky captures the quiet winter landscape of the Raw Material Botanical Garden, blending it with the familiar “skin scent” that many adore. It conveys the sensation of cold air brushing against warm skin — a delicate expression of the crisp and tender intimacy of winter.
