Summary
Opened in 2010, the Shanghai International Financial Center (IFC) Mall is a large-scale shopping complex located near the Oriental Pearl Tower, making it a constant hub of activity. The newly opened Sulwhasoo store on the Lower Ground floor spans approximately 44 pyeong and features a large boutique-style design, introducing China’s first paid spa. Following the launch of the Guangzhou store (the first 5th-generation store), the updated 5th-generation store design has been applied, with future updates planned for the paid spa entrance area and waiting spaces.
Concept
The front façade features large video and window displays that communicate the brand’s image and latest news. Upon entering the store, customers are invited to naturally experience Sulwhasoo products. A dedicated luxury area has been secured to further elevate the image of premium products, and as the first paid spa in China, privacy has been ensured by separating it from the main store space.
