The 2024 New Year’s card was designed with the motif of camellia, which has a symbolic meaning since the beginning of Amorepacific, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founder, Chairman Sungwhan Suh
The Greeting card was designed with the message that we wish for a year of hope to blossom like a camellia that overcomes the bitter cold in the middle of winter and produces buds.
In addition to the traditional paper greeting card, we created a suite of digital assets, including a digital card, an animated GIF version, and a short video designed for the corporate YouTube channel.
Each element was carefully developed. The process involved multiple rounds of print sampling for the physical card and thoughtful motion design to create a natural, fluid feel for the digital versions.
Every step was taken with the utmost care to ensure the corporate message was conveyed effectively.
The camellia illustration was created in collaboration with artist Oyowwo (@oyowwo).
