About Pochacco
Pochacco is a character who has long been loved for his curious personality, fondness for exercise, and pure charm.
While there are many different illustration styles of Pochacco, this project focused on emphasizing the character’s distinctive appeal through the use of rounded, bold black outlines and lively poses.
By bringing together Mise-en-scène’s bold hair beauty mood with Pochacco’s minimal color palette and energetic image, the collaboration was designed to create a bright and positive synergy.
Design Concept
The goal of the Perfect Serum Pochacco collaboration was to maximize Pochacco’s lively and lovable charm.
Inspired by Pochacco’s distinctive way of communicating through his long, floppy ears instead of a mouth, we used his ears to express soft, flowing hair and further expand that image into Mise-en-scène’s hair beauty concept.
By incorporating accessories such as hair rollers and combs, the character was adapted to blend naturally with the brand, while the color palette of each product line was emphasized in the main visuals to continue Mise-en-scène’s signature colorful expression.

Product with Storytelling
Pochacco illustrations were developed to reflect the distinct characteristics of each Perfect Serum product, creating harmonious storytelling between the character and Mise-en-scène.
For the serum line, lovable poses of Pochacco holding a comb, along with graphics expressing each product’s function, were added to highlight the hair category while strengthening the connection with the character.
Likewise, for the treatment line, which emphasizes ease of use, Pochacco was portrayed in busy everyday moments and paired with hair roll graphics to visually convey the product benefits.
In addition, the character was boldly featured on the top of the special set packaging so that it could immediately capture attention on offline displays.

Designed as easy-to-enjoy merchandise for MZ consumers, these items naturally incorporate the character experience into everyday essentials.
Pochacco’s simple silhouette was translated into a pattern to bring a cute and lively mood to the hair rolls, while the pouches were designed with varying facial expressions and ear directions to create a playful sense of choice and encourage collectibility.
PDP Design
The detail page was designed to convey both the charming, lively mood of Pochacco and his friends, Pichanz, and the appeal of the Perfect Serum products at the same time.
To preserve the tone and manner of the bright, playful visual photography, the characters were actively incorporated to enhance immersion.
Centered around Mise-en-scène’s signature orange, Pochacco’s black-and-white palette was set in contrast to create a direction that feels cute without being overwhelming, while still standing out clearly.
