AESTURA X WIGGLE WIGGLE COLLABORATION
Summary
AESTURA’s trusted dermatological expertise met the playful sensibility of lifestyle brand WIGGLE WIGGLE, presenting an unexpected charm for the summer season.
This project focused on naturally communicating the product efficacy of AESTURA’s DermaUV Sunscreen, a lightweight and refreshing sunscreen suitable for use during the hot summer months.
While maintaining the original product design, the project increased a sense of exclusivity by planning limited-edition goods and content as an e-commerce-exclusive promotion.
Under the theme of “SUMMER VACANCE,” the design team created content that reflected WIGGLE WIGGLE’s signature vivid colors and witty graphics. Through this, the project aimed to bring a fresh sense of “Newness” to the brand during the peak sunscreen season and deliver a visual experience that captures customers’ attention.

Motion Graphic Production
The project’s key visual began with exclusive artwork developed by WIGGLE WIGGLE specifically for AESTURA.
To harmoniously blend AESTURA’s sincere brand story with WIGGLE WIGGLE’s kitschy charm, short-form content was planned by adding simple motion to the artwork.
A total of six motion graphics were produced, including teaser content. Within the broader theme of “summer vacation,” the videos captured a variety of summer moments, from exotic vacation scenery to cozy homecations and refreshing pool scenes. The content was created in a 9:16 aspect ratio optimized for SNS channel uploads, and completed with subtle everyday sound effects layered over a brand soundtrack created in collaboration with YouTube creator Yoo True.

Product Rendering Image Development
The product rendering images of DermaUV Sunscreen used in the video content were newly developed using generative AI.
Compared to the existing product images, the renderings were created to further emphasize the product’s volume and dimensionality, enhancing the overall visual quality.
A consistent ending structure was applied across all six videos, with each piece concluding with the same product image to strengthen brand recall.
During the AI generation process, AESTURA’s previously developed high-quality rendering assets were used as source material to maintain the brand’s distinctive tone and manner.
The text elements were then carefully added and composited after image generation, ensuring clear legibility.
Studio Shoot
The collaboration goods shoot was carried out at “STUDIO 13,” the in-house studio of the Design Center.
To realistically create the mood of a summer vacation, objects such as fine sand, large pebbles, and seashells were used in a dense and detailed way.
In particular, during the set styling process, a temporary three-sided frame with raised edges was built to prevent the sand from spilling and to create a stable structure.
The frame was then filled with sand to construct the beach scene.
Against this background, WIGGLE WIGGLE’s signature characters, “Wiggle Bear” and “Little Play Bunny,” were arranged together with AESTURA products in witty poses, sitting or lying on the sand, adding to the summer mood.
After the studio shoot, waves and a resort-style background were carefully composited using Photoshop’s generative AI features, completing the final visual.
PDP Image Development
Lastly, the main cuts for the PDP (Product Detail Page) were finalized using the visual assets developed earlier.
The layout was adjusted so that the original artwork provided by WIGGLE WIGGLE and the newly developed AI product images could blend together naturally, while witty variations were also added to the existing product images.
In particular, dynamic scenes were created with the characters appearing to ride tubes or enjoy surfing around the product, maximizing the collaboration’s playful charm.
The completed main visual cuts were used as key visuals for major e-commerce platforms, including Naver and Musinsa, in line with the promotion launch.
