Amorepacific’s derma brand, AESTURA, has opened first store in the Shinsegea Duty-Free Shop Incheon Airport T2.
As the brand first offline store, it was designed to create a and customer touchpoints where Inspired by
Pharmaceutical heritage. This space provide customers with an experience of purchasing and reliable products.
The tone and mood of the space were designed to convey both scientific precision and medical expertise, drawing inspiration from the imagery of hospitals and pharmacies where real doctors are present.
The testers focused on communicating the product’s functions and benefits, incorporating informative elements that highlight Aestura’s medical authority and dermatological science into the design.
The main tester display was developed to showcase the brand’s product lines and color system through neutral finishes used as a backdrop.
Using metallic materials such as aluminum profiles, we created a lightweight display structure that arranges products and packaging in a repetitive pattern, forming a cohesive and balanced visual scene.
Bright lighting was applied to evoke a clean, clinical atmosphere reminiscent of hospitals and pharmacies, while clustered unit boxes were arranged to enhance the overall visual impact.
We focused on Aestura’s core engine product, the *Atobarrier* line, and highlighted each line’s hero products through dedicated, line-specific display methods rather than simple product placement.
Instead of emphasizing testers, the displays were designed to communicate the brand’s advanced technology and clinically proven efficacy.
Through QR codes, customers could also access digital content explaining how dermatologists approach and treat sensitive skin.
Expanding the portion of the TRAVEL EXCLUSIVE zone, which is a duty-free specialty promotion zone, to accommodate the short and limited shopping time before departure at the airport duty-free shop.
We designed the display to emphasize duo products, focusing on channel characteristics, to enable intuitive purchases.

The wall display presents the brand’s 40-year history of medical research and expertise in sensitive skin, along with its key brand messages.
These messages are communicated through clearly defined zones that prominently feature the statements ‘INSPIRED BY PHARMACEUTICAL HERITAGE’ and ‘CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY BY AESTURA DERMA LAB.’
Aestura is expanding its presence, beginning with the Shinsegae Incheon Airport Terminal 2 store,
and plans to further extend to Lotte Duty Free Gimpo Airport,
Lotte Duty Free Gimhae Airport, and Shilla Duty Free Incheon Airport Terminals 1 and 2 by January 2025.
