Concept
Inspired by the story of Cupid, the Roman god of love who shoots winged arrows to make people fall in love,
we envisioned Cupid’s imaginary workshop — a Roman-era space where love potions are crafted and studied through flowers.
At Amore Seongsu, visitors can experience making their own Cupid’s arrows and playfully “shoot” them toward loved ones, adding a fun and heartfelt element to the space. The design focuses on creating an atmosphere where guests can feel the energy of love while enjoying sweet desserts that amplify those tender emotions.

Cupid’s Lab
What kind of love do you wish to fall into?
Upon entering Amore Seongsu, the first space you’ll encounter is Cupid Lab’s main room, where you receive an arrowhead imbued with Cupid’s secret recipe, born from his mysterious research.
There are three kinds of love, each represented by a different color.
Choose the arrowhead that speaks to you and complete your first secret recipe for falling in love.
Even the sunlight glows pink here.
A mirror placed on the table reflects hearts projected above visitors’ heads through a beam projector, while flowers in the shape of hearts bloom throughout Cupid’s enchanting lab.
Look up at the ceiling, and you’ll find Cupid riding on a cloud of blossoms — his face serene yet full of anticipation as he draws his bow toward a beating heart.
Through his secret research, Cupid has created three magical arrowheads:
red for passionate love, pink for romantic and sweet love, and blue for pure and endless friendship.
Close your eyes and think of the love you seek.
Choose an arrowhead and move to the Cupid Atelier, where arrow shafts and feathers await.
Cupid’s Goods
Cupid has descended on a cloud of flowers to follow you.
Collect this charming baby Cupid — he becomes more adorable the longer you look at him.
On the curation table, you’ll find a keychain perfect for expressing shy affection, and three types of Cupid Lab postcards that make even clumsy handwriting look sweet.
Cupid’s Atelier
Who is your love for?
At the Cupid Atelier table, create your own Cupid’s arrow using the arrow shaft, feathers, and arrowhead from Cupid Lab.
Attach a tag with the name of the person you wish to fall in love with, and your arrow is complete.
A special love potion — infused with the scent of love and said to boost excitement by 200% — is added to the heart-shaped arrowhead.
Paul’s Sweet Room
To shoot Cupid’s arrow, you’ll need plenty of love energy, right?
In the final space, Amore Seongsu and Paul Bassett collaborate to present Cupid’s Dessert.
The magical ice cream, Oops, made with Cupid’s secret recipe, fills you with the energy of love.
At Amore Seongsu, where every moment of love is delicately captured, this sweet dessert deepens the romantic feeling even more.
Cupid’s Secret Recipe-Infused Dessert, “Oops!”
High above the clouds, young Cupid was conducting a secret experiment.
Instead of using his arrows to spread love, he was creating a special ice cream that could make people fall in love.
The recipe was a closely guarded secret known only to him — “Cupid’s Dessert.”
One day, while flying with his ice cream and recipe in hand, Cupid accidentally dropped them.
“Oops!” he cried, but the ice cream had already fallen beyond reach.
A young boy discovered it on the ground and, curious, took a bite. Instantly, his heart raced with sweetness and love. To calm his fluttering heart, the boy recreated the ice cream from Cupid’s recipe and named it Oops! after Cupid’s startled cry. Thus, the dessert *Oops!* — born from Cupid’s mistake — now spreads the sweet magic of love to everyone who visits Paul’s Sweet Room.
