Summary
After living in a city surrounded by a jungle of gray buildings and asphalt roads crowded with cars, we often long for a stream of fresh, natural breeze.
Innisfree, which showcases various Jeju origins, has brought the greenhouse of Jejudo Island to the heart of Gangnam for city dwellers who miss greenery.
Concept
As soon as you walk into the shop, you’re greeted by a simple, warm, and softly lit greenhouse filled with sensibility. Rather than just incorporating a few furnishings inspired by greenhouse motifs, the entire shop has been redesigned to evoke the atmosphere of a real greenhouse.
Attraction elements are thoughtfully placed throughout the shop. The Green Zone features collaborative artworks by installation artist Han Ju-ye and planters made from recycled innisfree bottles. Traditional Jeju bamboo baskets, known as “Deokgu” and sourced from a local market in Jeju, are also scattered across the space, adding delightful touches throughout the shop.
