Retail Design for the Launch of Rejuvenating Booster Shot M.D. Serum
Summary
AP BEAUTY carried out a range of retail projects to mark the launch of Rejuvenating Booster Shot M.D. Serum, allowing customers to understand and experience the product’s core message more intuitively.
Rejuvenating Booster Shot M.D. Serum is a new-concept Triple Shot Serum that brings together three key ingredients and benefits inspired by specialized care in a single serum. Through the synergy of the Water Glow Booster Shot, PDRN Booster Shot, and Collagen Booster Shot, the product delivers hydration and elasticity to the skin. For this launch project, the focus was on expanding the product’s differentiated concept into a spatial experience. Across various retail channels, including global pop-ups, domestic promotions, and beauty classes, the project aimed to communicate the product’s core message consistently through design and content tailored to the characteristics of each space.

In early April 2026, a two-week pop-up store was held at SOGO Hong Kong to help consumers understand the core concept of Rejuvenating Booster Shot M.D. Serum, Triple Shot, in a simpler and more intuitive way.
Inspired by the idea that three booster shots are completed in a single product, the entire space was designed around the concept of a “3-in-1 Booster Cocktail Bar.”
The storefront was planned so that the window graphics and interior video content could be clearly recognized from outside the store. As customers passed by, the space was designed to naturally communicate the Triple Shot concept and the product’s key feature of combining three core ingredients, while also drawing attention and curiosity toward the space.

As customers passed by, the space was designed to naturally communicate the Triple Shot concept and the product’s key feature of combining three core ingredients, while also drawing attention and curiosity toward the space.
To ensure that this message was communicated consistently within the space, a bar table was placed at the center of the pop-up.
While maintaining the existing AP BEAUTY SI look and feel, the table was designed to evoke an actual cocktail bar, naturally connecting the brand identity with the experiential element.
At the rear of the space, three large-scale video contents were installed to visually express the three key ingredients. Each piece of content symbolically represented the ingredients and their benefits, while visualizing the process of different elements coming together as one to communicate the product’s core message. In particular, the video content was planned to be clearly visible even from outside the store, further strengthening its role as window communication.

At the entrance area, visual panels were placed to highlight the three key ingredients and their benefits.
Instead of producing a separate large-scale installation, product visuals were used to ensure cost efficiency while effectively communicating the Triple Shot identity unique to Rejuvenating Booster Shot M.D. Serum.
Inside the space, a “SYNERGY DUO” zone was also created where customers could experience Rejuvenating Booster Shot M.D. Serum together with Dual Repair Lift Cream.
By presenting the brand’s existing hero product alongside the new launch, the zone was designed to communicate the synergistic effect of the two products while strengthening both brand trust and awareness of the new product.
In particular, a cocktail workshop program was operated in collaboration with a local bar.
Customers experienced the process of combining different ingredients to create a single cocktail, allowing them to more intuitively understand the Triple Shot concept, in which three key ingredients come together to form one serum.
An experience-driven VMD expression system was developed to help customers intuitively understand the key benefits of Triple Shot.
The Triple Shot presentation method established through this beauty class was later applied consistently across various customer touchpoints, including pop-up stores, showcases, and promotions, serving as a foundation for expanding the brand message.
The Triple Shot visualization system developed for the VIP beauty class was expanded into a department store showcase display.
The display was designed to clearly communicate the product’s three key benefits, while a lenticular key visual was used to attract customer attention and strengthen interest in and understanding of the new product.
