HERA SIGNIA POP-UP STORE
Summary
To celebrate the launch of the newly upgraded HERA SIGNIA line, the “HERA SIGNIA Pop-up Store” was operated for two weeks starting January 25, 2026, at The Stage in Shinsegae Gangnam.
This pop-up was designed to allow customers to intuitively understand and experience the core values of SIGNIA—HERA’s premium skincare line—through a spatial experience.
Centered around the key ingredient “White Camellia EXO,” derived from white camellia, the space highlights the differentiated efficacy of the SIGNIA line. Various design elements and content were strategically placed throughout the space to ensure that customers could clearly grasp the key benefits of SIGNIA Youth Collagen within a short period of time. The visual elements of the products, experiential components, and carefully selected finishing materials that express SIGNIA’s sense of luxury were seamlessly integrated, enabling the product message and premium quality of SIGNIA to be conveyed in a compelling and cohesive manner.

SIGNIA pop-up store
A SIGNIA pop-up store was held on the first floor of Shinsegae Gangnam to introduce the upgraded SIGNIA products—enhanced in both ingredients and efficacy—and to offer customers the opportunity to experience them firsthand.
The pop-up space was composed of a photo zone, self-testing area, makeup touch-up zone, one-on-one counseling tables, and a makeup show area.
Through the SIGNIA pop-up, customers could intuitively understand the product benefits, while also engaging in in-depth skincare consultations.
A dedicated touch-up zone offering the “Brilliant Makeup” experience allowed visitors to explore an elegant skin expression that radiates from within—extending from inner skin care to the final outward finish.
The product’s key color—luxurious champagne gold—was actively incorporated into the spatial design, with gold elements applied across large surfaces throughout the store to create an immediate impression of radiance and sophistication upon entry.
Rather than relying on a singular, uniform expression of gold, a variety of materials—including metal finishes, seating elements, wall coverings, and metallic fabrics—were used to reinterpret the color in multiple layers.
This approach adds depth and dimensionality to the space, allowing for the experience of diverse textures and light reflections within the same color, ultimately creating a richer and more immersive luxury atmosphere.
The key ingredient of this SIGNIA renewal, “White Camellia EXO,” is derived from white camellia and serves as the core efficacy ingredient of the SIGNIA line, helping to restore the skin’s innate youthful vitality.
To intuitively communicate the value of this key ingredient to visitors, the pop-up store featured a large-scale camellia installation at the center of the space, enhancing visual focus while emphasizing the brand’s symbolic imagery. This naturally draws the customer’s attention, guiding them to recognize the core ingredient and story of the SIGNIA line. In addition, various VMD elements were utilized to visually explain the benefits of “Youth Collagen” and “White Camellia EXO,” enabling customers to more easily and clearly understand and remember the product’s key functions and differentiated technology. Rather than simply conveying information, this approach was designed to allow visitors to naturally experience the premium skincare message of the SIGNIA line through the spatial environment.

A portion of the pop-up store was dedicated to a one-on-one counseling zone.
Through skin analysis devices, customers were offered in-depth assessments, along with personalized solutions tailored to their skin and recommended products.
The layout of partitions and tables was carefully considered to ensure that customers receiving consultations could do so comfortably within the overall flow of the space.
A balanced combination of gold solid finishes and white textures was used to soften the otherwise noble atmosphere, while floral display elements added a sense of lightness and vibrancy unique to the pop-up.
The front area of the store was designed as a self-tester zone, allowing customers to easily access and engage with the products along their natural flow.
In this space, SIGNIA products were displayed alongside makeup items that propose the “Brilliant Look,” enabling a seamless experience of product testing and recommendation.
The makeup touch-up zone was positioned behind the self-tester area, guiding customers who showed interest in the products to move naturally into a more comfortable setting where they could receive touch-up services without hesitation.
In addition, dedicated display areas for set products were arranged throughout the store, allowing SIGNIA sets to be introduced in a cohesive and intuitive manner.
After receiving an explanation of the product’s mechanism and efficacy, visitors were invited to participate in a Plinko experience.
A bouncy ball—evoking the elasticity of collagen—travels down through gold pins, and depending on where it lands, customers receive a corresponding gift.
By incorporating an element of entertainment into what could otherwise be a purely informational luxury skincare pop-up, the experience was designed to encourage natural participation and enjoyment.
This interactive device serves to enhance interest and engagement with both the brand and its products.
