오산 뷰티사업장에는 아모레퍼시픽의 원료를 재배하는 식물원이 있습니다. ‘꽃으로 발명하다’라는 슬로건을 가진 마몽드의 원료 연구도 식물원에서부터 시작됩니다. 마몽드는 조경사들의 손에서 자라나는 꽃들의 과정을 연구하고 기록하고 있습니다.

There is a botanical garden in Osan Beauty Campus dedicated to cultivating AMOREPACIFIC’s raw ingredients. Research on base materials for Mamonde, a brand with the slogan “Invented from Flowers,” is also conducted at this botanical garden. Mamonde researches and documents the flowers that grow on the premises.
동백 이야기
차가운 눈 위에서도 탐스러운 꽃을 피우는 강인한 생명력의 꽃 동백은 마몽드 안티에이징 라인의 원료로 쓰입니다. 동백나무는 따뜻한 지역에서 자라나기 때문에 오산에서는 볼 수 없는 식물입니다.
마몽드 X 오산 원료 식물원의 두 번째 이야기인 ‘동백 이야기’는 제주 동백 마을을 찾아가 원료를 채취하고, 동백나무를 오산 식물원 온실에 옮겨 심어 가꾸는 과정에 대한 소박한 기록입니다. 조경사들의 실제 작업 모습과 꽃이 피고 지는 자연 현상을 진실되고 담담하게 담았습니다.
The Story of Camellia
Camellias are strong plants that sprout flowers in the cold of winter. It is the core ingredient of Mamonde’s anti-aging product line. Camellias grow in warmer climates; Osan’s weather is too cold for trees to grow.
The Camellia is the second story brought to you by Mamonde X Osan Botanical Garden. It is a record of how the ingredients were collected from Dongbaek (camellia) Village of Jeju Island as well as the relocation of camellia trees. It also contains photographs of Osan Botanical Garden landscapers tending to the camellias and close-ups of the blossoming and withering of camellia flowers.
