HERA introduced its Gift Zone service, allowing customers to create personalized gifts by selecting from a variety of gift boxes and ribbons. A message card is also provided for customers to write a note while waiting for the gift to be wrapped, enhancing both the brand experience and gift satisfaction.

Color My Own _ Makeup Look Zone
A space was introduced where customers can experience the four makeup looks proposed by HERA. By incorporating updates from HERA’s social media content, trendy visuals and makeup styles that were previously showcased only online are now extended to offline stores, allowing customers to explore HERA’s unique makeup looks and new products through an integrated online-offline experience.
