SKIN U, a body care that leaves a lingering scent and softness, has launched a new product and held a pop-up event with the theme of ‘SKIN U Awakening’. The pop-up event was held at Amore Seongsu.
Concept
Our goal was to bring the SKIN U brand keywords—’lingering scent’ and ‘softness’—to life within the pop-up space,
providing a rich sensory experience with the newly launched ‘Sunset Orange’ fragrance as the central motif.
The pop-up at Amore Seongsu was composed of several experiential zones: Longlasting Scent: An area to experience
SKIN U’s four signature fragrances. Interactive Event Zone: A station where visitors searched for scented objects
hidden in soft sand. The Orange Room: A room themed entirely around the ‘Sunset Orange’ scent. The Sunset Bar:
A bar serving ‘Sunset Orange Ade,’ a collaborative drink created with the brand Perrier.

The reception area was designed to give visitors an immediate
and immersive sense of the SKIN U brand’s overall mood and product lineup.
LONGLASTING SCENT

The main pop-up space was designed for guests to experience the core brand keywords of
‘scent’ and ‘softness.’ Large art objects shaped like ambrette seeds—the raw material
for SKIN U’s musk scent—were used as stations to test the brand’s four fragrances.
We also hosted an interactive event where visitors could dig through soft white sand to find miniature scented objects.
To make the scent story even more special, we provided a hands-on experience where
visitors searched for custom-made plaster objects, also shaped like ambrette seeds, hidden within the sand.
Guests could then take these objects home in a scent pouch to enjoy the four SKIN U fragrances in their daily lives.

Inspired by the ‘Sunset Orange’ fragrance, this entire room was draped in orange curtains.
Hand cream “chandeliers” hung from the ceiling, creating a unique and whimsical product testing experience.

In collaboration with the French sparkling water brand Perrier,
we developed a recipe inspired by the Skin You fragrance
and created a space where customers visiting the pop-up store could enjoy ‘Sunset Orange Aid.’
