Exclusively available at the LANEIGE Myeong-dong Flagship Store and Road Shops, seven varieties of Water Science mists, 20 varieties of Lip Cards, and three varieties of Scented Cards have been developed. These products, designed specifically for flagship locations and aligned with LANEIGE’s core customer base aged 24 to 32, embrace the brand’s identity: a trendy and youthful spirit. The goal was to provide both Korean and international shoppers with a fresh and playful experience through new products featuring vibrant colors and bold graphic designs.
Concept
The main concern for the developers was how to visually convey the new concepts of “Sparkling Beauty” and “Youthful Spirit” to LANEIGE’s young target audience.
The first product, Water Mist, uses various color gradations to represent the Water Science concept across its seven versions. A newly designed sparkling pattern is engraved on transparent holograms to create a radiant, shimmering effect. Each mist comes in an individual box designed with a clean, four-sided layout that clearly communicates the product’s concept and benefits.
The second product, Scented Cards, is a lifestyle healing item available in three fragrances: eucalyptus, lavender, and cotton. These can be placed in travel luggage or bedrooms to refresh the space. The graphic design features patterns created by actual dyes dissolving in water, visually representing the scent gently diffusing through the air.
The third item, Lip Cards, offers a fun and easy way for customers to try out different lip colors and discover their best match. These cards are not only designed for personal use but also as charming gift items. Each blister pack is wrapped in an envelope-style sleeve and includes four lip shades, each accompanied by a playful, engaging phrase that reflects LANEIGE’s youthful energy.
