SUMMARY
HERA’s Holiday Collection is composed of products that capture the essence of a year-end moment at a live club in Seoul on a snowy night.
It presents a modern interpretation of Seoul’s vintage atmosphere, infused with the lingering resonance of jazz and light spreading like a spotlight on stage.
Special limited-edition items available only this year—ranging from a metallic leather cushion case to the ‘Nude Swing’ eye palette in mauve brown shades, a cream-textured blush stick, Sensual Nude Gloss, and a Perfumed Hand Cream Trio—come together to create a cohesive glam mood.
CONCEPT
Outside, it was a quiet city night with snow piling up softly.
Cutting through the silence, the moment you open the door to a jazz club, a heavy vibe fills the space.
The lingering afterglow of the spotlight on stage and the jazzy melodies created by three artists are the first to welcome you.
This holiday collection was curated with this scene in mind.
To visually translate the deep bass vibrations unique to a live club, the metallic textures of instruments shimmering under the lights, and the analog mood created by woofer speakers and vintage furniture, we analyzed countless references to establish the sensory direction.
By gathering various evocative materials and fine-tuning the intensity of the sparkle, we defined the precise level of ‘restrained shimmer’ unique to HERA.
The 2025 Holiday Collection ‘All that Glam’ is filled with products that capture a year-end moment you might experience at a live club somewhere in Seoul.
HOLIDAY CUSHION CASE
This season’s cushion cases are crafted from two materials, each with its own distinct charm.
First, the #1 METALLIC LEATHER on the right is real leather that achieves a metallic sheen through chrome tanning followed by a subtle foil overlay on the surface.
This texture mirrors the shimmery finish of the Quad Eye Color, one of the products in the Holiday Collection, while its restrained yet luxurious pearlescent glow evokes the unique excitement of the holiday season. The subtle, shifting color, which changes depending on the angle of the light, harmonizes with the brown tones found throughout the collection while serving as a striking accent.
The #2 BROWN AMBER on the left focuses less on pearlescent sparkle and more on expressing the voluminous texture of brown leather.
It faithfully captures an artisanal sensibility, preserving details created where the leather is cut and joined, as well as stitch lines reminiscent of hand-sewing.
By placing the two pillars of the HERA symbol as design elements, it draws the eye while creating a structure that naturally divides the surfaces, completing a more three-dimensional silhouette.
The white gold tone applied to both cases is inspired by brass instruments gleaming under stage spotlights. Harmonizing with the brown hues, it maximizes the highlights of the holiday season.

The Quad Eye Color, Blush Stick, and Sensual Nude Gloss, which complete HERA’s unique holiday makeup look, are comprised of limited-edition items that offer a diverse range of holiday moods, from delicate and profound expressions to dazzling glam looks.
While this is a limited collection available only during the holiday season, we focused on maintaining HERA’s distinct identity and color balance to ensure the products can be used effortlessly even after the season ends.
With a presence that is distinct yet never excessive, they naturally bridge the gap between daily life and special moments.
PERFUMED HAND CREAM TRIO
The lineup has been expanded by reinterpreting the unique scents of HERA’s perfume line—Zeal, Velvet N., and Persoff—into hand cream textures.
Designed in a compact size for portability, this collection allows users to curate and enjoy these three scents in their daily lives.
Additionally, the packaging features the holiday season’s graphic motifs to convey its special value as a gift.
GIFT PACKAGE
Designed with the perfection of a gift in mind, the Holiday Gift Package features a glitter-filled ribbon that captures the spirit of the season.
The HERA symbol, displayed throughout the packaging, serves as a key graphic element representing the winter light of the holiday season, drawing attention through the movement of light and various sparkles radiating from the center outward.
Various particles and circular graphic elements resting on the shimmering surface add a splendor reminiscent of snowflakes, focusing on visually expanding the ‘All that Glam’ mood.
“All that Glam” TYPOGRAPHY
The typography for the collection theme “All that Glam” was designed to interpret musical rhythm into visual language.
Instead of bold weight, we chose a form where the restrained lines of sans-serif and the soft curves of serif blend exquisitely, actively reflecting a bold yet natural flow of curves.
In particular, the curves extending in free forms create both a sense of rhythm and romance, like a melody flowing across a musical score, strongly connecting with the mood of the collection.
HERA HOLIDAY DISPLAY @Department Store
To ensure HERA’s Holiday Limited products stand out in department stores where customers directly interact with them, the VMD was executed based on the same concept.
Aligned with the ‘All That Glam’ theme, extensive material studies were conducted to highlight the products’ sparkling characteristics under lighting.
The sparkle embossed texture ring details on the surface and the reflectivity of the shimmering materials catch the light, creating an even more dazzling and prominent effect.
The visuals displayed alongside the products effectively showcase the mood of the glam look that subtly emerges when the makeup is applied to perfection.
The ends of the fixtures in department stores are configured as display spaces designed to effectively showcase seasonal promotions.
In selected department store locations nationwide, the space was designed to fully display the complete lineup of the limited-edition products.
This same design was also implemented in department stores in Japan and Thailand, introducing the products to a global audience.

Packages and products, crafted with high perfection under a consistent concept, deliver a more powerful visual impact when displayed alongside the staging elements.
At the recently opened HERA store in Lotte Department Store Jamsil, a holiday display was completed in the wall fixture area, accompanied by seasonal staging materials.
The moods of the limited-edition makeup products, shopping bags, and Gold Signia sets harmonize to create a space that accentuates the glamorous holiday season.
At the HERA store in Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam, a Holiday Makeup Show was held for a limited period. To ensure the holiday atmosphere could be felt throughout the entire store, the colors of the wall fixtures and product displays were updated with holiday season materials, making the limited-season mood recognizable even from a distance. Additionally, holiday videos displayed at the front and rear of the store further enrich and complete the glam holiday mood.
