중국 청두 타이쿠리 쇼핑몰의 외관적인 특성과 조화를 이루며, 동시에 브랜드가 가지고 있는 특성을 조화를 이루고자 했습니다. “도심속의 자연을 느끼는 휴식공간＂으로서 이니스프리의 두번째 글로벌 cosmetic & cafe 형 매장 런칭이 프로젝트의 첫 시작점 이였습니다.
innisfree’s new store aims to harmonize the external characteristics of the retail complex Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu in China and the characteristics of the brand. The starting point of the project was to use design elements to convey the brand. As such, innisfree’s second global cosmetic store and café was imagined as a “natural rest area in the city”.
브랜드를 전달하는 디자인적 요소로는 첫째, 1층 코스메틱 리테일 공간부터 2,3층의 카페공간에 이르기 까지 하나로 이어지는 수직정원 기둥을 매장 내 오브제로 활용하였습니다. 둘째, 1층의 플로어 마감재로 석판과 잔디를 활용하여 매장 내에서도 고객들에게 좀더 자연을 느끼는 휴식 공간으로 다가가고자 하였습니다. 셋째, 외부 테라스 ; 대리석 스톤체어, 태양열 스탠드와 같은 외부 집기를 활용하여, 쇼핑몰내에서도 고객들에게 좀더 가시권을 가지고 가고자 노력했습니다. 마지막으로 고객들이 직접 제주의 지도를 채워가는 체험인 Jeju 스트링 체험 컨텐츠를 통해 현지인들에게 좀더 친근하게 제주에 대해 다가가고자 했습니다.
First, a vertical garden column, rising from the retail space for cosmetic products on the first floor to the cafe on the second and third floors, has been utilized as a focal point of the store. Second, stone slabs and grass used as floor materials on the first floor give customers a feeling that nature is close at hand. Third, furnishings, such as the outdoor terrace, marble chairs, and solar energy stands, are utilized for more visibility in the store. Last, the store offers a hands-on experience through which customers can feel close to Jeju by mapping the island.
중국 상하이 홍이 플라자 플래그십 스토어는 수직정원 파사드 조명을 활용하여 제주 청수 곶자왈의 밤모습을 모티브로 삼아 조명을 만들었다면, 청두 타이쿠리 2F의 펜던트 조명은 그 곶자왈의 반딧불이 빛나는 영롱한 모습을 매장 내에서 형상화 하여, 더욱 청정한 도심 속의 휴식공간을 나타내고자 하였습니다.
While the lighting design of the innisfree flagship store at Hongyi Plaza in Shanghai, China is inspired by the nightscape of Jeju’s Gotjawal, known as the paradise of fireflies, the pendent lights inside the Taikoo Li store in Cheungdu mimic the beautiful illumination of fireflies at Gotjawal, effectively expressing the concept of “an eco-green repose in the city”.
